The course "Preparing a project" is given at the start of the program which is why it is strongly recommended to have already completed the BS6K competency to ensure a sound understanding of the concepts. This course is linked to the BS6R competency – Preparing a project. Its objective is to define a product's development process, recognize the client's needs in terms of requirements, design solutions to meet those needs at an optimal cost and elaborate a project plan.
This program is geared to any professional working in an organization, a department or project, who is desirous to perfect his knowledge of project management and working toward obtaining a PMP®/CAPM® certification.
